2024-2025 Business Sponsorship

Dear Business Partner,

 

Thank you for considering a partnership with the Centennial Elementary PTO. Our mission is to bridge the gap between our community and schools by strengthening relationships with businesses, parents, teachers, administration, and students through transparent support.

 

The PTO organizes and supports school events, fundraising, and enrichment programs that enhance the educational, social, and developmental experiences of our students.

 

We seek partnerships with local businesses to contribute in-kind items for giveaways or auctions, or provide monetary donations to support our operating costs. Your support will directly benefit Centennial Elementary students and staff, helping to create a vibrant and effective learning environment.

We look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with your organization and make a positive impact on our school community. Below are the ways you can contribute.

  1. Sponsor: Monetary donations are raised through the generosity of our sponsors, to ensure maximum benefit to our community.  A monetary donation of any amount would help us bring this event to our kids and family and cover operating costs. Attached you'll find information on our sponsorship packages.
  2. In-kind donations: Any gift certificates, trips, gift baskets or in kind items you would like to contribute are so helpful to us. These in-kind donations will be used for auction, raffle or prizes at various fundraising events throughout the year.
  3. Share: This won't be possible without the support of the community and its businesses, families, and friends. If you know of a business or Individual who might be interested in donating please pass this information along.

Your involvement in the Centennial Elementary PTO is greatly appreciated, and I hope that together we can make our local school an enriching environment for students and staff.
